About DelMarVa PWD Club
We are a club of Portuguese Water Dog lovers in the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia area. You don't have to have a PWD or live in the area to join, everyone is welcome!
Throughout the year, we sponsor activities for pet lovers, Conformation and Performance dogs. Some of the activities we look forward to each year are our Supported Entry, Water trial, CGC training and testing, and of course our annual picnic and fun day.

Our Purpose:

To increase public interest in the breed and to promote education and social activities among members

To conduct sanctioned matches, specialty shows and obedience and water trials under The American Kennel Club and water trials under the rules of the Portuguese Water Dog Club of America

To encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred Portuguese Water Dogs and to do all that is possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.
